Each accepted paper will be published in the proceedings under an ISBN reference, on paper and on CD-ROM support, and must be presented at the conference. It is mandatory to receive the camera-ready, copyright document, registration and the payment until the deadline below. To register a paper, the participant needs to select the "Speaker" registration. No other registration type will be accepted.

Conference early registrations are accepted until:
Regular Papers:  December 20, 2013 (23:59 GMT)

* Registration entitles to an INSTICC free membership for 2013. It also offers an option of INSTICC membership for 2014 for an extra fee of 30€.
** WfMC, OMG, Fipa, ESEM, AAAI, Euromicro
*** A Speaker is a person that is presenting a paper accepted and published in the proceedings, either as an author or as a representative of one.
Note: The price per lunch is 30 €.

The conference registration includes: access to all conference sessions and keynote lectures + coffee breaks + Book of Abstracts + 1 CD-ROM including all papers from the BIOSTEC conference.
